I chose this quote from Brad Neely's Baby Cakes to describe myself in this typographic self-portrit for class. Whenever i'm feeling down i watch some Baby Cakes and his views on life, as odd as they may be sometimes can often be related to my life and it always brings me up. I like this one. I'm quite fond of typographic work

I just think the last bit gets a little difficult to read, but anyway I like the colours, the work with the silhouettes...

Yeh. When I was told at graphic design courses that typo would be our main working tool I thought "OMG, I want to die. How boring" but now I'm so fond of using it

This is so completely awesome. It is very weird the strange relations we make with Mark Cakes childlike views on life. Glad I'm not the only person who found that particular quote extremely true of myself. Great work man.

it is a strangely insightful little series, this quote in particular i thought was just an amazing sumation of myself and a lot of people i know and i'm sure it's not only true of you but many others as well. plus the series is extremely funny as well. thanks for commenting.
